Definitions

Throughout this policy, "Advocacy Lab," "Company," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Advocacy Lab LLC, a Delaware corporation with its principal office at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713. "Website" refers to advocacy-lab.ai and its subdomains. "Customer Agreement" refers to any service agreement, subscription agreement, or other contract between Advocacy Lab and its clients. "CCPA" refers to the California Consumer Privacy Act. "AI platform" refers to Advocacy Lab's artificial intelligence tools and services. "You" and "your" refer to users of our Website or services.

Scope

This policy explains how Advocacy Lab handles information collected through the Website. The handling of data uploaded to our AI platform is covered separately in individual Customer Agreements.

When you contact Advocacy Lab through our Website, you may choose to provide your name, email address, and any other information you include in our contact forms.

For clients of Advocacy Lab, the Company maintains basic business contact information, account access credentials, and payment details necessary for service provision.
